The Papaya Magazine was Roskilde University’s first magazine dedicated exclusively to the needs of international students at the university, in the English language.
I started the magazine along with a team of students via The International Club, through which it was run, funded and co-ordinated. The videos below were promotional material made just before its official launch in 2011.

This speech was given at Denmark’s national library, before an audience of between 200-300. Its objective is to shed light on the fact that, with a little bit of effort, we all can make a difference to our world.
Earlier this year together with a close friend, Lars-Ulrik Nielsen, I founded Jengo – a non-profit organisation that aims to help contribute to sustainable aid projects in the north of Tanzania. This is the story of how our NGO project took off – a tale that involves the construction of a school in the north of Tanzania. Read more about how you can contribute to making a difference in Africa here.
All donations, however minimal are appreciated. Jengo is 100% volunteer run and incurrs zero administrative or travel expenses. We believe in long-term sustainable development and in empowering individuals and communities so that they can make self-sufficient decisions regarding their future.
